What do you guys think about nitrates potentially being carcinogenic because of its conversion to nitrites in the stomach? Isnt that the big stink with sodium nitrates being used in food as a preservative? I know they are good for pumps but what are your thoughts?

It’s the processed meats that tend to be the problem it seems, not just taking in nitrates, since you get them from other sources as well

Most effective ingredient for pumps in my experience. There are lots of good ingredients out there for pumps, but nitrates (and citrulline) have been the most consistent in my experience.
Nothing touches nitrates for pump in my experience
