I bought a stim today that contained this. Admittedly i have not read either of Cohen's or Owec's full documents, but it sounds like Owec is being the scientifically unsound one. If you need a shit load of tea to get a decent dose of DMBA then you can hardly say a suppliment's dose is still "natural". There are radioactive isotopes in food in small quantities and nobody is claiming things to be "natural" then.

Not hating on DMBA just calling Owec on being preposterous.
Loving DMBA so far.

Hey Mike I was taking Optiburn amped which contains amp citrate. I recently checked the inbf/wnbf banned substance list and it was banned January 1 2015. I was wondering how long does this stay in your system? I have a show in May and I don't want this to ruin it for me.

I don't know but stimulants like this go through you fast. I'm thinking days / week at most (urine detection of amphetamine - which this is not - is 72 hours, and hair detection is like a week).

If you stopped it now I'd be very certain you're absolutely fine.

so if it was banned in 2015 why is it still available to purchase unlike ephedra.

The obvious answer is that people who don’t give a shit about the FDA slapping their hand will keep selling it as long as people keep buying it

Basically ephedrine was made a (semi)controlled substance, this was deemed not a dietary supplement, so it is legal to buy as, for example, a chemical, but not legal to sell as a dietary supplement.

Yep, there was a certain unnamed manufacturer…Duracap cough that was selling pure amp citrate. Also I received a random email from a Chinese supplier asking me if I would like to purchase theirs lol
