I thought it was good…Very sweet…and clumpy…it really didn’t mix well and I’m not sure I noticed anything different in how I felt
Of course when I don’t use it in my coffee I do notice the difference. And I figured out the clumping issue - it’s grown on me So much so that I’m going to order more
