My name is Jon and I’m 27. I run the Suppz.com website along with a couple of our stores.

I was a wrestler and football player in high school and was always a bigger kid. Strong but definitely on the chubby side. I really started getting into fitness and supplements when I was 19 years old. I decided to join the Marine Corps and needed to drop some of that weight that I used to carry around. Long story short I did it and kept it off for the most part through my 6 year stint in the Reserves. I’ve been out for about a year now and it’s been slowly creeping back (I work out regularly but I love food <3) so it’s about time to buckle down again.

I started working for Suppz while I was in college and participating in the Marine Reserves. After I graduated I came on full time and have been here ever since. I love the industry and I’ve learned so much from working with all of the great people. I love picking the brains of Industry Vets such as Mark Glazier of NutraBio.

Currently I live in Madison, WI with my girlfriend and recently joined the Middleton, WI fire department as a volunteer.
