Anyone try Spartans Hydra Shred? Are you double scooping it or taking one serving in the morning and another later on as suggested. I’m taking it as suggested, but not feeling much on the energy front.
I just started it a week ago and I’m taking it as suggested so far but I workout in the morning so I take a preworkout with it too. I’ll probably start double scooping later in the day.
I’ve used a sample, not sure if that was one or two servings. I did feel some energy and most notably thermogenic effects. Sweat like a pig doing legs.
