True Keto is closer to 65-75% fat and 15-20% protein. Too much protein will pull you out of ketosis due to glucogenisis. As stated, these meals are for low carb diets. Beef Shish Kabobs and Guacamole stuffed Chicken are the only meals with enough fat content for "keto"
