That’s a lot of energy running around man!
Another thing I want to note for recovery is listening to your body.
If you feel injured don’t push it
If you feel bloated don’t force-feed food
If you get an upset stomach after a meal, journal, and see what you ate and focus on finding things that you don’t tolerate well
The only way to perform in an optimal state is getting the body to fire on all cylinders with proper nutrition, training, supplementation, and proper sleep.
You would be amazed at how cleaning up digestion and GI distress can make a massive impact on recovery once the body starts to absord and digeset the nutrients you are eating.

I second that. I ate a bunch of junk last weekend, then played basketball. I felt so dry and hazy. It was a mess. Got to do better!
