Only 1 scoopen? I like it at 1 1/2 for anything over 1 1/2+hours, and the full two scoop for leg day
Ok, 2 scoops technically. A full serving. It was decent. I can’t tell if a product has good pumps now or not since I take Anavar and it gives killer pumps.
Oh my dude…there’s no fair comparison between the two. If you’re taking something stronger, it’ll obviously blanket the other.
For those that have had both the Blueberry Toaster Pastry and Fruity Cereal Milk from Ghost, which do you guys prefer? I’m a big fan of the Blueberry Toaster Pastry but am thinking of trying out the Fruity Cereal Milk and was wondering if they compare at all? I would get both but they are a little on the pricey side.
Fruity Cereal Milk tastes just like Trix. It’s my 2nd favorite flavor of ghost whey!

I am a huge fan of pumpkin pie. Not sure what I think about it as a Protein Powder though.
My experience with pumpkin pie proteins have taught me that it’s too much after about 1/3 of a container. That’s why I have some still lol
