Haha. Are we really arguing about this?
i’m just messing… bob knows me
and “clash of the cans” sounded better than what it really is.
Totally forgot about that
Just put in my vote for C4
Thanks for the heads up
Still waiting for someone to say ‘Hey nice cans’
I’ll let myself out now
Why yes…yes they are.
Big and cold
Random question - what is the Industry thinking behind including additional ‘pump’ ingredients in an intra-workout? If that is included in the pre do we get to the point of ‘too much’? Just curious. I realize a few companies do this such as Core and Axe & Sledge:
That would be called “Convenience” and an “All in one” product.
Ahh makes sense…
I personally like it for my longer training sessions. Citrulline I believe has studies that show it enhancing recovery time. Was a big fan of Muscle Elements AminoFlo back in the day, which included pump ingredients with their BCAA’s
I loved that product.
As a low carb guy, I enjoy the intra pump ingredients. I generally take my creatine intraworkout, along with a BCAA product that contains some added citruline.
Creatine gives me noticeable fullness very quick. Some people might believe that is silly, but anecdotally, it is what works for me. It also acts as nutrient partioner, so it can help shuttle aminos more quickly.
I’ve always been a fan of Intra carbs and do not mind the extra added benefits of the pump ingredients…my only concern (too strong of a word I realize) would be too much crossover with what one would take pre-workout…if there are pump ingredients in a pre…for example…would you take Core Fury + Core Intra…maybe 1/2 dose of Core Fury…Thinking out loud here.
There is nothing wrong with Fury & Core Intra. they are meant to be stacked.
Core intra – carbs, glycersize, beta alanine, and BCAA/EAA
Core Fury – Full Pre-workout complex
No issues with these. you could also do 1 scoop fury 1 scoop pump and core intra
Look at the profiles you are stacking and check to see the ingredients. This way you can see what you are getting and if it meets the correct/clinical dose.
Good points.
Ghost Update:

Sonic Ocean Water collab taste testing- 10 Minute Mark
Kylie Collab for Ghost Glow (Addition of Dermavol – breaks down collagen in the body, inhibits acid + Addition of HICA) - 11:30 Minute Mark
I’m a fan of Wild Cherry Pepsi…but would I want to drink that during my workout? Interesting flavor…
Sport lines are just worse, but cheaper versions, generally without the stupid ingredients that are banned like higenamine or hordenine. See Cellucor’s sport line
It’s way underdosed for a 20 serv pre.
I know it’s a sport oriented one but nevertheless still underdosed.
If you stack it with In-Kaged you are now at 312mg of caffeine; 6g of L-Citruline; and 3.2g of BA…plus added BCAA’s…Which is fine, but…they did call this a Game-changer right? As stated, it looks like a smaller label both in quantity of total ingredients as well as individual ingredients…While I don’ think it’s bad…I’m just…well perplexed a bit.
