And that’s not even their highest. Hooligan has 600mg anhydrous plus the 100mg dicaffe.
I do see potential utility there, but it’s definitely not for everyone, or every purpose. In the thread about PP’s article on caffeine, I talked about some studies that only noted benefits at 6 and 9 mg/kg under certain circumstances/conditions, which is 480-720mg for an 80kg person.
that is my Point. Performance increases can be acutely achieved and i mean significant increases without the short lived single occurence of increased electrical Impulses. (stims)
through massive increases in cns related contractability one can Maybe get 10-20% more weight for one rep or so but this will reduce to baseline next time without the Stimulation.
one could use a combination of various drugs of Course and get a whole Workout with massive prs and triple volume but sustaining that Level will require more and more of those compounds while wearing out the cns.
so in Isolation cns Stimulation makes sense, in the context of Progression it does not.
the Thing with massive improvements is that they can only be sustained under the same conditions. but with non-stim ingrdients those can be taken permanently and have Benefits which improve over time. for example a nutrient partitioner can shuttle a huge carb meal mostly into muscles and Prevent fat gain but over time it can increase Insulin sensitivity to a Point where the bodies metabolism has improved so much that nutrients are used in a much more benficial manner to Body composition and Performance.
that is why i consider a well formulated nutrient partitioner to be something really worth it.
over time optimizing my Supplementation has led to my metabolism changing from having around 10-12% bf at 3000 calories per day to a Point where i would lose fat too fast at under 5000 calories. i managed to get to a Point where i was Eating 5000calories and 500g carbs and got to 6%bf maximum. at the same time i gained strength and muscle rapidly. while aas were used they were not a variable but a constant as at that Point only masteron was used permanently by itself at a moderate dose. it had been in use way before and throughout the process of my metabolism changing. this process started with Supplementation and accelerated through optimization of Supplementation and the Point where muscle Insulin sensitivity was so high that after waking up i immediately needed to eat huge amounts of Things like Cheesecake etc. as my Body was nearly starving. this sounds like an Exaggeration but Things changed so profoundly in regards to nutrient utilization that nothing, no amount of aas or any other PEDs could have rivaled this drastic Change.
of Course one can gain more mass, more strenght etc. using PEDs. i could easily get to 225lbs and 19 Inch arms at 20%bf or so using nandrolone and testosterone and None of the effective Supplements. that was at 3000 calories. mass gain including fat gain.and while the massive amount of glycogen and water helped move more weight especially on pushing exercises, that strength decreased when removing the compounds and losing water weight etc.
the Progress and changes induced by improving nutrient utilization which included many Supplements, admittedly not just one product but that was due to me finding the ideal combination for me over time and a product with very drastic effects can be made. of Course it would not be cheap, require a lot of capsules unless taken in powder form and will work best under certain circumstances. the most important factor is Training frequency and load. using a load above the Level of conditioning will cause microtraumata which will lead to a Response to the Workout. load not sufficient, no growth Response. when the muscle is constantly in the state of responding to the results of effective mechanical Tension, in other words Always capable of growth (and yes, muscles can even grow while being traumatized. when under consistent mechanical overload muscles start growing and repairing during the process of microtraumatization.
simplified: 3-6 full Body Workouts per week with constant Progression in either load or volume or both paired with Optimum muscle cell Insulin sensitivity can cause unbelievably drastic results.
i have no Agenda as i am not selling anything or making Money and i help People put together Training and Supplementation strategies etc. just because i enjoy it. if they Benefit then that makes me happy too.
caffeine is not really a very good stim as ist central effects are not much and it works via adenosine Inhibition mostly.
stimulants improving noradrenaline dopamine and working centrally like dexamphetamine for example will actually lead to better Performance improvements with less side effects. and yes, i am convinced that 20mg dexamphetamine is less harmful than 600mg caffeine at a single dose taken for example 3x Weekly.
also Thing like eria jarensis etc. are no less and rather more harmful than amphetamines while being much less effective.
Agreed and even the company owner openly says this product isn’t for everyone (or even a majority of people). Within the recent podcast he did with Supp Engineer Robert, the owner said he didn’t really want to produce more high caffeine products like these but the demand was there.
IIRC, @Extrabeef did a heaping scoop or a scoop and a half of Hooligan during his last comp.
They had to drop the Glycerpump in Levels. I think its not a bad formula, but for the regular price at BB.com its a stretch compared to what else you can buy on the market IMO. Just have to wait for the right sales to get it at a good price

I won’t be surprised with how much revenue and job cuts Bb.com has had if they go under. Just speculating but it seems to be a downward trend . i never had any Intention other than to share my experience and help People understand some Things that they would probably be really happy About. like my friend who lost 10kg of fat in 2 months while gaining 1-2kg of muscle on increased calories via more carbs.
he was huge, strong, on aas but simply could not get lean. i figured it must be his Insulin sensitivity being shit. with the Supplements i told him to take and 100g more carbs per day, so +400 calories he had the above results.
it is easy for me to figure out what often seems difficult for People to recognize. a guy who Lifts heavy 4-5x/week weighing 100kg with 50cm arms should be unable to even exceed 12%bf no matter how much he eats. something is wrong there.
People Always asked me About my diet and Training and they could not believe that it was Eating whatever i crave but no less than 4000 calories and Training as often as possible as heavy as possible. during that Phase it was usually 5xweek full Body based on compound movements, sometimes 2x daily. i was 86kg with 5-6%bf (2mm skinfold, veins all over abs), 44cm arms (17 3/4 Inches i think) at 6 feet. Lifts were stiff legged deadlifts 465lbsx6, db-incline bench press 120lbsx6, pull ups with 130lbs added x5, barbell bench row 410lbsx3, db-flyes 110lbsx10, db rows 220lbs x18 (i think)
this is true and no Need to lie. my genetics are terrible for Lifting, i am weak, skinnyfat, Tiny wrists, narrow shoulders. i was never meant to be a bodyuilder. i was good at Tennis. however Lifting weights to me is fun and i have a really extreme interest in pharmacology, Nutrition, neurochemistry, how to manipulate, optimize, Change metabolic states and processes via various Methods.
i just love this stuff, probably spent 10k Hours reading on Topics related to it over the years and i am Always happy when someone tries a Suggestion of mine and Comes back reporting results exceeding expectations. i do not like People who do Things in order to make Money without being passionate About whatever they sell or not producing the best possible. People have accused me of pushing products which is so absurd as i have many times Chosen morals over Money resulting in poverty financially but i do not regret it.
