Well I can confirm that the new bath of Chips Ahoy Whey got rid of that nasty bitter after taste. Tastes pretty good now, enjoyable. I wouldn’t rate it in my top 5, but we will see how it goes.

Changes to HPS Glycoshield (A top 3 GDA IMO)
The dosing will be the same as well except for berberine, which is increasing from 190mg to 200mg. An all-new ingredient is also going to be added to the supplement, and while it has yet to be named, it promises to make Glycoshield more unique.
The brand is moving Glycoshield into vegan-friendly capsules to make it available to a broader audience. The product is also being downsized to a 60 serving per As as opposed to the previous version’s 90 servings.
ETA is around Black Friday in November

Ha, be sure to carbonate the water, then add the powder. Made the mistake of trying to carbonate old soda and ended up with it all over the wall. I guess the instructions say to only use water

Not so much a supplement for most but a new Ben & Jerry’s ice cream flavor coming out (cinnamon and chocolate ice creams with gobs of cinnamon bun dough and spicy fudge brownies)

Flavor was released yesterday, and the reviews have been not too great.
B&J’s chocolate base is so mediocre which kills a lot of their OG flavors.
Bring back What a Cluster, Candy Bar Pie, and Oatmeal Cookie Chunk (RIP)

I’m a fan of No Bake Cookie and Sweet Like Sugar.
I don’t like chocolate ice cream or any chocolate ice cream base. I’m a weirdo. I have vanilla protein but love vanilla based ice cream.
Clementines, Salt & Straw, Graeter’s all make a fantastic vanilla base worth scooping if you are ever locally around one or want to order online. Handel’s is very good too (For a pure vanilla)
