Love those dosage breakup for the Ghost Product for those nitrates. Takes out the guesswork. Also a fan of the 4:1:1 BCAA ratio for Proven EAA. Love the extra leucine. Can’t wait to try these out. What are the Proven flavors again?

I’d still be careful about tracking macronutrients from BCAA/EAA products as it doesn’t translate 1:1 as some might expect, especially if you’re tracking things carefully.
We’re very excited about this release! Need my hands on the Guava Nectarine stat, should be soon now.

6.4g Beta Alanine? Is there a reason to go over 5g or 3.2g for that matter? Just curious the mindset on this one. Never tried the Legend CG ones.
I thought the FDA did not allow calories and macros to be listed for free form amino acid products.

I’m guessing because it’s a saturation ingredient, the more the better and to make up for off days.
Don’t ask me. I did not formulate the product lol.
