Solid dose of HMB for the form that its in, but with that being said, not a well-supported ingredient. Could have thrown HICA in there, LCLT, etc.

Very true. I remember Dr. Jacob Wilson recommended regular HMB use. Anecdotally, it really helped me recover. Not just muscles and tissue, but my CNS too!

@Matt_Towson Definitely a possibility. If anything, evidence supports that HMB is most useful during calorie-restricted periods by combating muscle catabolism.
I used to love PA…used the HPN Version…not sure why I stopped…
