That’s going to tastes like shit. At 22% protein per serving, the heaviest amount of protein will come from the wheat gluten which will make it have a doughy tough texture. The first two flours don’t have more than 10 and 17% protein.
Probably about as good as bikini chicks rave over halo top. Deserves to go in the trash

For the macros, I think HaloTop is a great alternative to “real” ice cream. Great for poverty macros, if you feel the need to eat the whole pint rather than only 1/4 of it.

I think I have had one pretty good low cal ice cream and that’s Milk and Cookies B&J. It actually tastes like ice cream.

Matt → Halo Top is a pint of artificial sugars and sweeteners and around $5. you are better off mixing a scoop of whey and yogurt and freezing it yourself. For 1/4th the cost you get better calories and something that tastes better. Halo Top is bland AF and tastes very weak. I get why people buy it cause it says “low calorie” anyone who sees a low calorie dessert usually raises an eyebrow
I mean, we could make that arguement for a lot of foods we all enjoy. I think the element of convenience is being overlooked.
So is mixing a scoop of whey in yogurt and throwing it in the freezer.

I hate ArticZero, but I legitimately enjoy HaloTop.
Not trying to stir the pot, but I’ve always been a fan of several flavors. Maybe it because I’m usually in contest prep and so any “form” or “alternative “ to ice cream, tastes good to me.
Same reason why I love Sprite Zero or Fanta Orange Zero. I know they’re diet, but I legitimately enjoy them.
