How often to you switch up your pre-workout?

I’ve used Kraken for the past 2 workouts and it would scare me to use Pump as well…Kraken itself did a pretty good job of providing ‘the pumps bruh’. Really good product

What I don’t do is 2 scoops of kraken pump. Whatever I pair it with will make one scoop just fine. So kraken pump will stretch for two months.

Smart move. I’m considering acquiring it, but 2 pumps would kill me (that’s what she said)
