I’ve been buying Nature’s Truth ACV at Costco. 1 capsule is 600 mg (standardized to 22-25% acetic acid). 180 capsules is $18.
For health benefits, both studies listed in the article use 1-2 tbsp liquid ACV (20 g is a little more than a tbsp). Considering that 1 tbsp liquid is about 3600 mg powder, you would be spending $0.60 to $1.20 per day on ACV (with the Costco version at least).
It’s too expensive to take on the regular, IMHO. I only take ACV to aid with digestion with big meals.
