Reminds me of the time I had to deal with an FDA visit to a shop I worked at a while back. The product they were questioning about we had pulled and quit selling well OVER A YEAR prior. We even sent in the paperwork and everything to let them know we had stopped the sale of it because of the potential issue it might cause amongst our customers. We pulled everything the minute we found out it could harm one of our customers, even when used responsibly
