Currently I’m just going on runs a couple times per week. I mentioned in another thread, I’m getting a flat bench and some DB handles for Christmas, so after I buy myself some plates, I’ll be writing my own curlbro programming. I’ve been in T-rex mode for basically my whole lifting “career” from powerlifting and oly lifting, so time to develop some biceps and delts.
