Not sure if you guys still check the comments on older articles. However, in your all opinion what is the best form of creatine? I hope you all do a creatine (and multivitamin) top 10 or a video on creatine at some point.
Yeah, we see everything. Never really saw a reason to use anything but creatine monohydrate if it doesn't bother you. 5g is crazy cheap and works and has tons of research on it.
Thanks for responding, I always felt like I had some bloating with mono (may have just been diet etc.) at 5g. I was looking at HCL but it is so much more expensive and the whole micro dosing sounds like BS.
Yeah, feel free to give other forms a shot, but stick with 3-5g per day.
