I have reservations about the high phenibut content but I do love me some sleep supps. Hmm.

As long as you don’t take it every night and take breaks you should be fine.
If you want to be completely safe limit it to a max of three times a week never twice in a row with a break the next week(this is the over cautious way).

I don’t take my nighttime aids every day like that. I base my use on how badly i need a high quality good night’s sleep and/or pulling out all the stops on recovery. But I had no clue about phenibut before you guys brought it up. Thanks.
