Protein composition

So I happened on to Universal Nutrition Ultra Whey Pro (nutrition information in the end).
First I thought, cool a filtered protein with really good composition (as it’s brought out on the lable). But when I read some about whey, it seems the composition is quite normal.
So is this even anything better than what other brands offer?
they also state it’s processed at the lowest possible temperature. Which is all good as protein is denatured when processed with high temperature. But can we really believe them. What dose lowest possible temperature actually say? That it’s lowest temperature setting on their equipment? Or do they have some great tech for processing?

So any thoughts on it? Worth ore than other brands (not including taste here)?
Or best bet still to go for known brands and grass fed if you really want to feel healthy?

UN is fairly well known, mainly for their vitamins.

It seems to have a decent purity, relatively low cholesterol which is a good sign, I am a bit suspicion of the glutamine, but it looks decent.

Grass fed isn’t really important unless its a high fat product.
Low temperature is good but doesn’t really provide too much of a real world benefit, at least as far as I know.

It looks like a decent quality product but I wouldn’t pay a premium for it.

thanks,
yeah thought so,

i was really exited when i first saw it because why would they bring out the composition if it wasn’t great. But turns out it’s pretty normal for good protein.
